vcs Support 0.4

vcs Support 0.4 is here already, full of new bits and pieces, including the ability to import vCalendar files (woo hoo!) and due to this, a name change. I've also added the ability to export recurring events as separate events for each occurrence, and the ability to export a date range for this function.

It is available, as usual from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4721 as usual. You will need to register and activate the AMO sandbox to see this page. However, we're getting closer to nominating for public listing.
